As Retrolicious is in the 5th year of trading, we thought now would be a great time to start rolling out a vast range of improvements to increase focus on client care. We are focussing on making your experience with us slicker and quicker whilst retaining the emphasis on quality.

Here are a few of the things we are working on:

  • Recruitment of 2 new weekend drivers
  • Scheduling routes 4 weeks in advance (now live)
  • Overnight delivery runs to increase delivery speed
  • Implementing a new client contact software (already live)
  • Appointment of a new operations manager
  • “New stock” alerts via our website (already live)
  • Work in progress section on our website so you can chose a piece you want to be restored just for you
  • 24 hour live call answering service
  • Premium delivery service for clients who wish to upgrade delivery speed (now live)
  • Order tracking via our own website (already live)

Our aim is to ensure our clients see a new level of service excellence from Retrolicious and have a much faster way to communicate with us about their order. We want you to really enjoy buying your G plan or teak danish furniture from us and enjoy having it in your home styling even more!

We also want input from you in ways you feel we can enhance what we do even more 🙂
